Patient teaching — so you actually know how
A better kind of tech support.
Built for the way accomplished people actually want to be helped — not the way technology companies want to sell.
We come to you.
No loading laptops into the car, no driving to a store, no waiting behind five other people with faster questions. We arrive at your door, at a time that suits you, and we work entirely at your pace.
We take our time.
Good help isn't measured by how fast the problem disappears. It's whether you feel confident using the thing afterward. Every visit includes as much patient explanation as you'd like — no rushing, no jargon, no being made to feel behind.
We never upsell.
We don't sell devices and we earn no commissions. We don't push plans you don't need. Our only job is helping you use what you already own — which means our advice is always in your interest, never ours.
Three ways to work with us.
Ongoing peace of mind, a single visit, or one specific installation — whatever you need, we make it simple.

Leave for the season with the house watching itself.
Many of our clients split the year between the First Coast and somewhere else. We make the technology side of coming and going effortless.
- 1Closing-up visitDevices powered down sensibly, cameras and alarms confirmed, climate set, everything left in a known-good state before you go.
- 2Remote eyes on the homeWe help set up cameras, water sensors, and thermostat alerts so you — and we — can check on the house from anywhere.
- 3Opening-up visitWi-Fi, TVs, and devices brought back to life and updated before you arrive, so the house is ready the day you walk in.
Stop being the 24-hour help desk for Mom and Dad.
You love them. You want to help. But you live three states away, you have your own life, and the 9pm panic calls about the printer have to stop.
We become the trusted local person who handles the tech, patiently and professionally — so your calls can go back to being about grandkids and weekend plans.
Talk to us about your parents- Check-in notes to youWith your parent's permission, a short update after every visit — what we worked on, what's running smoothly, what to watch for.
- A direct line when something's wrongIf we spot a security concern, a scam attempt, or a problem we can't solve on site, you're the first call.
- No awkward money conversationsYou can pay the monthly plan on your parent's behalf. They get the help, you get the bill, everyone keeps their dignity.
- Scam & fraud protectionThe biggest threat to independence isn't the technology — it's the scams designed to exploit it. We teach, flag, and intervene.
Built on fifteen-plus years of teaching patience.

Ponte Vedra Tech Concierge is a locally-owned service founded on a simple idea: seniors deserve tech help from someone who teaches, not someone who sells.
My name is Gregory Morgan. For fifteen years I taught high school computer science, engineering, and technology — the kind of classes where the bell rings, twenty teenagers walk in with a hundred different reasons something isn't working, and someone has to stay calm enough to figure each one out without anyone feeling stupid. That was the job I was actually good at. Not only the technology part — the patience part.
After the classroom, I worked as a Biomedical Engineer with Boston Scientific and a Robotics Engineer with Medtronic. Different setting, same skill: walk into a room, listen carefully, take a complicated piece of technology apart, put it back together correctly, and explain what happened so the people using it feel confident again.
And for more than twenty years — through all of it — I've also coached people one-on-one as a personal trainer. It sounds like a world away from computers, but it's the very same work: meet someone exactly where they are, break something that feels overwhelming into one small step at a time, and stay patient and encouraging until it finally clicks. That thread runs through everything I do.
Somewhere along the way I kept noticing the same thing. Capable, sharp, accomplished people who'd quietly given up on parts of their own lives because the technology had grown too frustrating. Email they couldn't reach. Photos of grandchildren they couldn't open. Wi-Fi that worked sometimes. Scams they were rightly wary of. They'd stopped asking, because the people they used to ask were too busy, too far away, or too quick to make them feel like an inconvenience.
When I chose the First Coast for this next chapter, I knew exactly what I wanted to build here: the tech help service my own grandparents would have wanted. Patient. Local. Honest about what you do and don't need. No upsells, no jargon, no rushing. Just someone who shows up, takes the time, and treats you like the capable adult you've always been.
That's why we're here. That's the whole thing.
